The program is structured around 2, 8-day sessions in June of 2 consecutive years. During each session, you will study current banking practices and learn all aspects of bank management step-by-step from profitability to human resources to technology and legal issues.
The Community Bankers School (CBS), formerly The Midwest School for Community Bankers, provides broad exposure to important elements of community banking. It gives students the most up-to-date thinking on core principles of community banking: compliance, operations, consumer credit, documentation, asset/liability management, marketing, management principles, and much, much more. Plus, it gives attendees a vast range of specific banking skills and techniques that can contribute immediately to their banks’ overall success.
