TEAM Engagement and PERSONAL Growth Series
Things happen! Changes in personnel, restructuring, and other shakeups can cause anxiety and discontentment within teams or throughout an entire institution. Sometimes this can bring out the worst in team members. And while briefly venting frustration is a normal part of life, long term dramatic behavior can deplete energy and cause problems if left unchecked. This four-part team engagement and personal growth series will help you become you’re best you! Help your team be more productive, discover ways to manage your time, learn how to navigate your way through a stressful situation, explore how you can inspire your team, and much more!

Session 3: How to Deal With Difficult People – Friday, August 23, 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
Difficult people. It seems like they are everywhere, aren’t they? In traffic. In the grocery story. At the ballgame. Yet, for some reason we are often surprised and dismayed that they’re also located in the cubicle next door and in the office down the hall. If you work with people, you will eventually work with difficult people. However, difficult doesn’t necessarily mean bad. Sometimes, difficult just translates to different. If you are struggling to lead a challenging teammate or work with a not-so-accommodating colleague, you cannot afford to miss this webinar. After this session, you can expect to:
  • Learn how to understand difficult colleagues
  • Minimize frustrations and conflict
  • Work with Difficult people rather than against them
