Rebecca joined MGIC in 1998 and focuses full time on training others. She has always enjoyed sharing her knowledge to help other succeed and understand the need for the information. She began her mortgage career in a retail bank as an underwriter and then moved into production as an LO and sales manager. She currently hosts many of the MGIC national webinar courses.
Charity Smith – Crescent Mortgage
Charity is VP of Business Development Training & Events for Crescent Mortgage
. She began her career over 20 years ago as a mortgage loan processor moving into origination then underwriting and managing secondary market lending departments. She has spent the last 10 years sharing her knowledge and experiences with Crescent’s partners across the country.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Bankers who have not been exposed to formal mortgage lending training and lenders who want to broaden their mortgage lending knowledge will benefit from the workshop. Attendees will be better prepared to serve effectively and profitably as mortgage loan officers.

Written cancellation must be received in the IBC office by Friday, July 19, 2019, and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be granted after Friday, July 19, 2019; however, a substitute may attend. The IBC reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient funds to cover the expense of the program. In the event of cancellation by IBC you will be notified by either phone or email. Prepaid registration fees will be refunded.
