COVID-19 and the Commercial Lender

This webinar will review commercial lending in the era of COVID-19. The webinar begins with a brief overview of issues facing your bank and business borrower during this time of uncertainty. The session will also discuss SBA lending products including the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), the EIDL, Express Bridge Loan, and Debt Relief. Additionally, ways to better manage the bank’s “conventional” commercial loan portfolio will be discussed including “stress testing.” Loan modifications and risk ratings will be explored along with commercial real estate (CRE) lending issues. We’ll also explore ways to assess the customer’s business plans and projected profitability after COVID-19.

Written cancellation (email acceptable) must be received on or before Friday, January 29, 2021, and will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. NO refunds will be granted after Friday, January 29, 2021; however, a substitute may attend. IBC reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient funds to cover the expense of the program. In the event of cancellation by IBC registration fees will be refunded.
