Tax Deduction
If the purpose of attending the IBC Annual Convention is to help you maintain or improve skills relating to employment or business, expenses relating to the convention may be tax deductible according to I.R.C. Reg 1.162-5. The IRS requires a notice on all registration forms which informs the attendee of the amount of the registration fee representing food and beverage. We estimate the food and beverage portion of your registration fee is $200. Please contact your accountant or tax advisor for any tax advice.

Cancellation
Written cancellation must be received in the IBC office by Friday, September 2, 2022, and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. NO refunds will be granted after Friday, September 2, 2022; however, a substitute may attend. The IBC reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient funds to cover the expense of the program. In the event of cancellation by IBC you will be notified by either phone or email.
