Find Your (Super) Power: Elements that Transform and Amplify Your Team's Results
Tuesday, February 9, 2021, 8:00 – 9:00 am
We have heard the saying: work smarter, not harder. What does this really
mean? You more than likely know someone who easily excels at what they do. They are efficient, fuel their coworkers, inspire the best in everyone around them and "bring it" every day. In addition, they create an atmosphere that makes everyone healthier, happier, and more creative.
These individuals learned and honed their skills and you can do the same. By utilizing these newly found skills, you will be able to compound your team’s growth and create an intrinsically motivated team. Then, they will give 150% just for the results, not for a reward. Learn the elements needed to build a team where work becomes more than just a means to earn a paycheck.
Be the Superhero that you are and build a team of super-performers. Just imagine your bank's results!
